Product specifications, availability, fulfillment timing, shipping charges, taxes, warranties, and return eligibility are governed by the terms presented at checkout and in the order confirmation.

A final agreement naming the legal seller, governing law, warranty terms, liability limitations, and customer contact channel must be approved before live sales are enabled.
