Shipping policy

REARFORM currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States and Canada through its secure checkout.

Final product dimensions, packed weight, inventory position, delivery charges, processing time, and delivery estimate are pending operational confirmation. These details must be disclosed before an order is fulfilled. Do not place an order unless the delivery terms shown at checkout are acceptable to you.

Optional REARFORM Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When it is selected and paid for, REARFORM provides priority review for a documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected item or a refund of that item's purchase price, at the store's discretion and subject to inventory.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information. The protection fee is refundable only when the service is cancelled before shipment.

The Mystery Garage Gift is a surprise REARFORM extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-piece Garage Set or may be purchased with a smaller order.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their confirmation email for order details.
